Rachel's work is an exploration of the seductive beauty of our natural world and the imprint that human intervention has made on its flora and fauna. She works in a variety of media and uses time honed techniques to depict the many forms of nature in a relevant way that is an homage to beauty and wonder.  Denny is best known for her “Domestic Trophies” work—deer mounts covered in cozy cashmere cable knit woolens. She has shown in galleries nationwide for over 10 years and her sculpture is in many private collections worldwide. She lives and works in her rural studio outside of Portland, Oregon. See more of Rachel's work here - http://racheldenny.com/home.html.
